Children, parents and train enthusiasts are invited to join the Logan Model Engineering Society on Saturday 6 July for its first night run of the year.
Trips on a miniature train along the track playground at Ewing Park will start at 4pm and run until 8pm.
The train society’s treasurer, David Smith, said it was an evening of fun for the entire family.
Local coffee van Daily Fix will be at the park selling hot chocolates and coffee for the family to enjoy.
Tickets for a ride along the several-hundred-metre-long track cost $3 per person, or $10 for a family pass (five people).
Important information to note:
- Tickets are available from 3.45pm until 7.45pm.
- Both cash and EFTPOS are accepted
- Children under five must be accompanied by an adult (accompanying adult rides for free).
- Fully enclosed footwear is a must – no visible toes or heels.
Mr Smith said private groups can book the train to use for special occasions. Contact: [email protected]
