Head to Beenleigh PCYC on Saturday 6 July to find out what the club is all about.
The open day will start at 9am and include free “come and try” sessions in gymnastics, boxing and more.
The club’s manager Ashley Munn said the community program leaders would also run events relating to the services the PCYC provides.
“Events include drink driving googles, tire changing, and the ice bath challenge to name a few,” Mr Munn said.
“Along with fun stalls, a family gold coin BBQ, coffee van, ice-cream truck, supplement stand in the gym and our snake catcher with his 10ft python.
“Our club policeman will have his recruits and fire department here to have fun with the locals and have some tasks for youngsters to try.
“It’s going to be a busy event and shouldn’t be missed by any local family.”
The Beenleigh PCYC runs multiple programs for local youth and residents, including Braking the Cycle, which helps disadvantaged youths learn to drive, and the Get Set for Work program to prepare local youth for job interviews, building resumes and other essential skills.
